There are two parts to this. Most, but not all of the various admin
sub-pages are defined in Mailman/Gui/*.py where * is the name of the
sub-page. The rest is in Mailman/Cgi/admin.py.

Also, you can suppress sub-pages appearing in the admin GUI at all by
redifining ADMIN_CATEGORIES in mm_cfg.py (See Defaults.py for the base
list). The only problem is that the 'general' page will always appear as
the default page even if you omit it from the list.
