As Richard said, there are mobile web browsing and ssh client apps, but
Mailman itself does not have a "mobile friendly" web UI, at least not
Mailman 2.1.

In Mailman 3, the web UI is separate from the Mailman core which would
make it much easier to develop a mobile friendly web UI, but as far as I
know, the current MM 3 web UI (Postorious -
<https://launchpad.net/postorius>) does not have that (yet).
