FWIW: I've added the following to a list rules message that is posted monthly.
"By posting to this mailing list, you are granting <name of organization> perpetual, non-exclusive, unlimited, and irrevocable, rights to the content."
I've had people, who thought the questions they asked on a list reflected poorly on them, try to 'revoke' my right to publish the content they had contributed.
