I have updated the Debian packaging repositories for Moin and various 
dependencies, producing packages that can be obtained via the following page:

Cursory testing indicates that they should be installable and usable in a 
Debian unstable system. Obviously, more testing and other work still needs to 
be done for this packaging exercise.
