[Moin-user] win nt install

Hello,

I recently did a winnt install of 1.3. I wasn't able
to get it to work unless I created the following
directory structure:

C:\Moin\mywiki\wiki\data

but the INSTALL.html said to create this structure
with no intermediate wiki directory:

C:\Moin\mywiki\data

I don't know if this is an error or maybe something
that should be noted in the documentation.
