[Moin-user] New wiki setup problems

Hi,
	I'm setting up a fresh source install of 1.3.1 on FreeBSD 4.10
with Apache installed from ports.

	And I'm having a little trouble - theming doesn't seem to be
working at all. Somehow the page is working, but it is all text based - I
don't have the themed tool bars or anything - it looks virtually the same
in Firefox as it does in lynx.

And so on. Rather than an across-the-top toolbar.

I very carefully followed the installation instructions and I've done a
successful install on Redhat Enterprise, but this is miffing me - it must
be a typo or something <somewhere>.

For what it is worth, when I reload the page, I get a burst of these in my
apache error log:
