[Moin-user] Spaces between wiki names?

Hello, is it possible to have WikiNames shown up on the text's body
with blank spaces between each word?
In UserPreferences --> General options there is an option to add
spaces to displayed wiki names, but it seems to alter only the text on
the page header and not the body.
