[Moin-user] New Put/Get Page Scripts on ScriptMarket

I've added my "put page" and "get page" scripts to the ScriptMarket.   
These are command-line utilities designed to manipulate Moin pages'  
raw text.

The "get" script simply returns the raw text for a page, while the  
"put" scripts creates a new revision / new page:

Note: They don't use the RPC interface, so generally need to be run  
as the same user as your webserver.
