[Moin-user] Local moinmoin

 Hi, 
 
I am using moinmoin1.72 under apache with sspi_authentication and every body can get access in my team on the same network. Some want to use offline moinmoin. I mean when some body dont have internet connection, then he/she can not get access also via VPN.  
 
so what you will be preffer. how to manage this type of problem?
 
when user has simple his own offline moinmoin and i copy the data folder or pages folder in his moinmoin, then there is no security about data anymore. 
 
Please guide me what will be better in this case.
