[Moin-user] installation troubles

Hello,

I have followed the instructions at
  http://master18.moinmo.in/MoinMoin/InstallDocs

But when I go to the url of my freshly installed wiki all I see is a 
listing of the directory :

   Index of /moinmoin
   [ICO]	Name	           Last modified	Size	Description
   [DIR]	Parent Directory	 	-
   [DIR]	cgi-bin/           28-Feb-2009 17:40 	-
   [DIR]	data/              28-Feb-2009 16:24 	-
   [DIR]	underlay/          28-Feb-2009 16:24 	-
   [TXT]	wikiconfig.py      28-Feb-2009 17:19 	6.6K

So I wonder where I have gone wrong?
