[Moin-user] installing MoinMoin on ubuntu

I'm running 1.8.2.  I've installed the fckeditor package.  Now how do
I get MoinMoin to use it?

Currently when I click on "edit(gui)" it doesn't load the editor, just
all the MoinMoin stuff around it.  The text editor works fine.
