[Moin-user] Unable to create new account.

Hi everybody, I've been using MoinMoin as a single user for a couple of 
months now and everything was fine. Today I needed to add a new user 
account, but it didn't work. There was no error message at all and no 
file were created in the user directory. I've looked on the web for 
similar issues and reviewed my configuration, yet I didn't found any 
relevant information about this problem. Can someone help me?
