[moin-user] ||<tableclass="…"> processing broken in Moin 1.9.9

I found a bug in Moin 1.9.9, but my account for the moinmo.in wiki has been deleted and I cannot register a new account as I don't know the magic password. So I am posting this here and hope some developer sees this. :)
