I think this is then something that is not relevant to this list or to
nipy. If you want to promote projects that are out of the nipy umbrella you
need to create a new website otherwise you need to go and ask them if they
want to be listed under nipy.org. Maybe they don't want. Maybe nilearn
doesn't want to be under the nipy umbrella. Maybe they don't want to have
nothing to do with us and that is why they made a new github organization.
So, yeah. I am against promoting in nipy.org projects that have not agreed
to be part of nipy.org
