[Neuroimaging] [nipype] known problems running nipype in macOS Catalina?

hi,

there are no known problems with nipype, which is itself just a python
software. however, depending on which version you are upgrading from
certain underlying software that nipype calls may require some additional
hand holding for general installation. this is because catalina changes
which parts of the filesystem a user has write access to. depending on how
you use os x, you may have to shift around locations of software.

however, we have not heard any issues with using nipype and other
neuroimaging software in catalina.

cheers,

satra
