as a watermark, it seems outsourcing is impractical from a budget
point of view.
(now is the time for someone to jump in with a good affordable contact)

We all agreed that having the conference filmed is a high priority, so
if outsourcing is not an option, then doing it ourselves is the only
option left? (as crappy as it will be)
