check out IST-2004-2.3.4 (viii)  	 Advanced Computing Architectures
It looks to me as if these people want, among other things, PyPy.
So if they are building a network of excellence, how do we get to be a member, or
an associate member or some sort?  If it takes them 1.5 years to go from sumbission
to project, same as us, their project will be ready to go just as ours is wrapping
up ...  At any rate syngeries seem possible.
