On another note, I noticed this, in interactive mode:

              3 STORE_NAME               0 (__doc__)
              6 LOAD_CONST               0 (None)
              9 RETURN_VALUE

I assume in interactive mode we should not be assigning to the __doc__ 
attr. This causes string literals not to be printed as well.
