[pypy-dev] Broken link in Getting Started

Hi,

in the Getting Started section of the documentation 
(http://doc.pypy.org/en/latest/getting-started.html), the command to 
download pip should be

$ curl -O https://raw.github.com/pypa/pip/master/contrib/get-pip.py

In browser, the old link 
(https://github.com/pypa/pip/raw/master/contrib/get-pip.py 
<https://github.com/pypa/pip/raw/master/contrib/get-pip.py>) is 
redirected to the new one, but the curl downloads the page with the 
redirection note.
