yes, you are right

there is no plan at the moment.  For sure, we want to be able to translate 
pypy on top of pypy, so having a working py3 interpreter is a prerequisite.

The plan is to hire one (or more) of the core developers, so that they will be 
able to work full time on this.  We will setup a separate page to answer these 
questions, including what happens if we don't raise enough money, etc.
