I and a few other pytestdev owners have the credentials for pytestdev, I
have shared it with you too in a separate email. If others would like to
have it too drop me a line.

I checked pytestbot "Applications" settings on GitHub and AppVeyor is
authorized there, didn't ask me to re-authorized or anything.
