You have them now, although it make take SF a while to propagate the
changes.  Note that there's no way to grant *just* sandbox commit
privileges -- you have commit privs across the entire project now.  That's
mostly just to warn you to be careful when doing a commit, to avoid checking
in private experimental changes to Python.
