[Python-Dev] minimal configuration for python on a DSP (C64xx family of TI)

Dear all.

We want to make python run on DSP processors (C64xx
family of TI).

Which would be a minimal configuration (of modules,
C-files, ... ) to make
it start running (without all of the things useful to
add, once it runs).
