[python-events] Request to lead dormant PyCon Nigeria Chapter

Dear all,

I have reached out to Bernice through his stated email and I have explained
to him some facts about Python Nigeria which he doesn't know of!

In my role as one of the Patrons of Python Nigeria Community, registered
with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission, and led by 10 board members,
he could have started with asking local questions first before sending out
to this body.

I have been a PSF Fellow for a while now and also serve in both the Fellows
Team of the PSF and the Grants Team and know how things work.

I will wait for him to reach out to me and I will help guide him where
appropriate.
