Yes, "ls -a" (or "ls -A", which omits "." and "..").  This applies to
Mac OS X as well, and as of Yosemite I can't find any way to show
hidden files in the Finder.  (But there may be a way: I use Mac OS X
because it's pretty and I can use traditional *nix commands in the
terminal, not because I'm a Mac GUI wonk.)
