I don't know how far I'll take it, but my current thinking is it would
be very convenient to have Tkinter chew through a preexisting .uil file,
and spit out a GUI.  Definitely not platform independent, and so forth,
but, at present, having Tkinter closely resemble C/Motif is one of my
priorities.
