Win32 API Communication Functions Module

I have Swigged the Win32 API Communication Functions and data
structures into a module. I've tested it on Windows 9x and NT4.0 with
Pythonwin 127. An example console terminal application is provided. The
module can be found at
http://www.uconect.net/~wheineman/python/win32comm.zip. I hope this is
useful to everyone looking for advanced serial port capabilities on
Win32 platforms.
