Disk access going mental with Pythonwin?

Happens on NT too, but only when file is on a floppy. It might be
happening when file is on a hard disk, but just not noticiable since the
drive access light might be blinking on/off too fast to notice it.

Doesnt seem to happen with other programs. I think it might be
Pythonwin.
