[ANNOUNCE] PyX10 4.0.1 - Python Home Automation

PyX10 aims to bring X10 home automation to Python applications.

Release 4.0.1 is a wrapper for XAL 4.0.1 and currently implements
most of the functionality of the XAL library.

If you have X10 devices, please try this package and send me lots
of feedback.
