trouble with tkinter

hi all, i havent been programming for long so i started a simple program
to practice, the python part is easy, but tkinter is nothing but trouble

first question, and plenty more to come, lol, i hope yall can help, i
stumped the people at tutor with earlier questions that i thought were
simple, but just in case i really do ask a simple question, is it
allowed here?
i have a class, and some def statements in it, each def is a frame, how
can i call one frame from another def?

if thats not enough info for an answer, should i just show the source
code for that class or is this enough for an answer?
