Intranet database

Hi, I'm trying to set up an intranet database that can be browsed and edited
using forms through HTML etc.

I haven't done this before and I'd like to use Python.

Please could you advise me how to do this! ie. what would you use to generate
forms and manage/query the data?

I'm have looking PyApache/Httpdapy, and Zope (although it might be a bit
overkill)?
