DCOracle Error

Connecting to Oracle database Using DCOracle python package gives following
error message,Pls help

Import DCOracle         (gives error message)

File c:\pyhton20\pythonwin\DCOracle\__init__.py
import sys,Buffer
ImportError : DLL load failed:one of the library file needed to run this
application cannot be found.
