It's a bit of a joke, and the bytecodehacks are somewhat out of date
(sorta work with Python 2.0, probably die horribly with 2.1).  I
haven't really had any motivation to hack on the bytecodehacks lately.
I might get another rush of enthusiasm at some point, but don't hold
your breath.
