No, it looks like it is installed:
[root at calanthe /lib]# rpm -i libtermcap-2.0.8-26.i386.rpm
error: cannot open file libtermcap-2.0.8-26.i386.rpm: No such file or
directory
[root at calanthe /lib]# locate libtermcap
/lib/libtermcap.so.2.0.8
/lib/libtermcap.so.2

Do you have any other ideas?
