   But how do you suppose to do linking? Think about a search engine. Should
it link only to internl pges?

   IP Firewall + filtering proxy + Mozilla.

   Properly configured Mozilla (strting with 0.9.5) can filter "alien"
cookies, "foreign" images, version 0.9.6+ can put a limittaion on a cookie
lifetime.
