Completion in emacs mode

Well, as far as I can tell, my current XEmacs (21.1, stock in RedHat 7.2) 
does all this. Considering that this post is from 1993 and we are in 2002, I 
wouldn't be all that surprised if those enhancements have percolated already 
to the core tree.
