Running zope as a WIN32 service

Hi there,

I've installed Zope 2.4 two weeks ago and didn't choose to run Zope as a
service :(
Now I want to run Zope as a service, because I'm bored of starting it via
the batch file.

Can someone tell me how I can do this?
