Do you have numbers to prove that? Looking at my disk:

martin at mira:~> locate .html|wc
  41104   41104 2425699
martin at mira:~> locate .txt|wc
   7958    7963  389013

So I do have way more .html files than .txt files. I haven't counted
source code files, here, obviously, but I'm not sure whether those
would qualify as '7-bit ASCII plain text'.
