[Python-mode] Fix for incorrectly highlighted triple quoted strings

Hi folks,

python-mode incorrectly highlights triple quoted strings, which contain 
quotaion marks.  The attached patch should provide a fix to this issue.  I must 
admit, that I didn't write the code myself, so I won't be of much help in 
understanding this code.
