[python-win32] Solution to checking if connected to Internet

Hi,

I've written a module (win32inet) that wraps this
function:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/networking/wininet/reference/functions/InternetGetConnectedState.asp

So assuming the user has Internet Explorer 4
installed, you can check whether or not the user is
connected. The module can be downloaded from http://itamarst.org/downloads/.
