[python-win32] python and Windows Resource Files.

I would highly recommend wxPython over TkInter, especially if you are
already familiar with Win32 GUI programs in general.

reasons:
- better supported on Win32
- better native look-n-feel
- much more extensive (supports more types of controls, etc.)
- more active community

Of course this is just my opinion, and YMMV.
