Is winsys\dialogs your stuff?
What is your setup.py and can you successfully build a small exe? E.g.
the one shown on this wiki http://wiki.wxpython.org/Deployment (needs
wxPython) or the one here http://www.py2exe.org/index.cgi/Tutorial ?
