[Pythonmac-SIG] MacPython 2.1.1c2 available

MacOS 8.6, CarbonLib 1.3.1, PowerMac 7100/66*

2.1.1c2 installed fine, seems to run fine. I ran test.autotest and got the
expected result, ran the unittests from my own projects without surprise.

Looks good!
