[Pythonmac-SIG] New MacPython 2.2b2 installer

Folks,
a new MacPython 2.2b2 installer (build 116) is available at
http://www.cwi.nl/ftp/jack/python/mac . The version of last weekend
had 3 serious problems that should be solved in this one:
- PythonCore was compiled with debug, making it slow
- MacOS 8.1 support was broken, this should be fixed
- Edit->Copy from the console window didn't work.
If you installed the previous 2.2b2 you can install this one over it
without any special precautions (I hope:-).

Again, report serious problems within 24 hours, after that I'll
announce this one wider.
