[Pythonmac-SIG] Regarding Python Database modules, what's best to use for Postgresql access?

Gentle people,

I need to access Postgresql database on Mac OS X (10.1.5). Postgresql is 
up and running. I use DbVisualizer 3.0 to "administer". Best product I 
have tried on this issue. Obviously Python is up and running. (OS X). I 
have downloaded PyGresQL, but I get a lot of errors when attempting to 
build. Can anybody suggest any alternate or advise how to "install" 
these modules to a newbie?
