[Pythonmac-SIG] Building in a MacCVS sourcetree

Alexandre,
I think that tonight's checkin to Mac/OSX/Makefile should enable 
you to build from a source tree checked out with MacCVS (or it's 
cvs tool) as opposed to standard unix cvs.

But: could you please check? I don't have the diskspace (or the 
time) right now to test it...
