thanks for the help! I was sort-of expecting this (the documentation 
states that Carbon programs need to go through the extra step of calling 
AHRegisterHelpBook()), I'll be adding that call (plus a help menu) to 
the IDE shortly, so then documentation should show up after you run the 
IDE the first time.
