[Pythonmac-SIG] MacPython 2.3 - Carbon only?

I'm all for making MacPython 2.3 Carbon only.

I'm not sure about this. I have this umax box (PPC 604e 225MHz I 
think) and I don't seem to be able to install anything beyond 9.1 
same goes for a PowerMac 7500 (1995 machine).
