FWIW, I've just put together the currency converter example:
http://www.switchedonsoftware.com/python/
then control-click on "currency.xml" to make sure IE saves it to disk 
(if that's the web browser you are using)

It should also be noted that I've changed the name away from Viper as it 
has come to my attention that there is an existing Python related 
project named "Vyper".

For the time being I'm going to go with the name "Adder".

As far as a general purpose style of Aqua UI programming, I think that 
Donovan Preston's IB services wrapper looks like a real winner. It will 
give developers much more freedom than Adder ever will.
