fink Python and MacPython are blissfully unaware of each other. And 
that is a good thing too: if one would try to use a dynamic module 
built for the other things can go very wrong. I keep forgetting which 
direction goes wrong (framework Python using module for static Python 
or the other way around), but one of the directions fails without a 
reasonable error message.
